Just imagine a tall-story building without a firm foundation. The end product looks magnificent because you could even use the money needed for a rock-solid foundation to do some beautification of the building. But when the storms and wind blow so hard, the house is reduced to rubble.

This is exactly what happens to you when you are filled with so much competition in mind that you start skipping steps THE PROCESS

Sadly, today’s world is saddled with so much unnecessary competition that if we aren’t careful enough, the pressure alone will mess with your mind.

Please note that competition itself isn’t bad; we all have to compete at one point or another, maybe at school, in sports, or even in business. However, an overdose of it kills faster.

Many people started well and were promising enough but lost it in the process due to unnecessary competition.

This unnecessary competition puts so many unrealistic expectations on you that you begin to think you are not doing well enough and hence start to think of shortcuts.

And here is what most shortcuts will do to you: they will cut off the process you should have passed through to get a firm foundation to stand up tall without wavering.

I remember my math teacher constantly telling us that it’s not about the answer but the formula, process, and steps.

Please, as you go on with your life, you should prioritize the PROCESS a lot before any other thing.

Do not sacrifice yourself for a short-lived experience because you are afraid of being mocked for your PROCESS.

Many people will surely mock you and make you seem less smart than any other person out there, but I am a living witness that the process pays hugely.

Everything is about times & seasons.
